Campbeltown Customer Service Point will close early at 11am on Tuesday 4th August. Customers can continue to access telephone and online services during this time. The Customer Service Point will reopen and resume normal hours from 9:00am on Wednesday 5th August.

We have been unable to complete commercial general waste collections on Gigha today, 23rd July due to the refuse collection vehicle being contaminated with used oil which was disposed of in a bin. The RCV has had to return to the mainland to be cleaned.
UPDATE 28/07/26 - commercial waste collections will be carried out on Thursday 30th July.

Green bins on Serpentine Road and Mountpleasant Road will be collected a day later than the published schedule going forward, with uplifts taking place on Wednesdays instead of Tuesdays.

Due to subsidence on a section of Ardencraig Road, a temporary closure has been put in place.

Scottish Water will be undertaking a watermain upgrade along the B8016 at the River Laggan Road Bridge. Work is scheduled to begin on the 9th of March 2026 and is expected to take approximately three months to complete.
Due to the nature and location of the works, a section of B8016 will be fully closed throughout the duration of the project.
