Marriage and Civil Ceremonies
Planning your big day is such an exciting time and we know how special it is to imagine the person who’ll be there with you as you say “I do.” Our registrars are not just the official part of your ceremony they’re also warm, welcoming, and love getting to know each couple beforehand.
Whenever possible, we love meeting you in person ahead of your ceremony. But we know that Argyll and Bute covers a lot of ground (and a few ferry rides), so that’s not always practical. This page is our way of introducing ourselves, wherever you are.
Here you’ll find photos, a few words from the team, and lovely comments from some of our past couples, a little snapshot of the people who might be a part of your day.
And just a wee note: some of our team aren’t featured here, either because they work behind the scenes or are still learning the ropes. But don’t worry everyone plays their part in helping your ceremony go off without a hitch!
