- The Council will make Contract Standing Orders and Financial and Security Regulations for the regulation of contracts and for the proper planning and control of its financial and related affairs.
- Contract Standing Orders and Financial and Security Regulations will form part of the Constitution and Standing Order 25.2 will apply to any alteration of them as it applies to these Standing Orders.
- Contract Standing Orders and Financial and Security Regulations will apply to Committees, Sub-Committees, Groups, Members of the Council, Officers and Agents of the Council as appropriate.
