- The Council may make a Scheme of Administration and Delegation including for the purpose of arranging for the discharge of any of the functions of the Council by a Committee, Sub-Committee, Group or Officer.
- A Scheme of Delegation will form part of the Constitution, and Standing Order 25.2 will apply to any alteration to the Scheme of Delegation as it applies to these Standing Orders.
