I’ve been working in Registration for 10 years, and it’s still one of my favourite parts of the job which is handy, because I’ve conducted ceremonies for friends, family, and plenty of lovely couples. One of the best parts is getting to build a relationship in the run-up to the big day and being the calm voice when the pre-ceremony nerves decide to make an appearance. I also love a good adventure. If your idea of a perfect ceremony involves escaping into the hills, wandering into the woods, or heading somewhere so scenic that even the midges stop to admire the view I’m already lacing up my boots. I’m always excited to bring unique ceremony ideas to life, even the wonderfully quirky ones. Think of it as a mystery tour, but with vows at the end. Helping couples turn their ceremony dreams into genuine, joy-filled memories is what makes this role so special. Being a Registrar means no two days are ever the same and honestly, I wouldn’t have it any other way.

We were married at Crispie Estate, and Stephanie was absolutely fantastic as our registrar. From the moment the ceremony began, everything felt calm, relaxed, and completely seamless thanks to her reassuring presence. She guided us and our wedding party so naturally through each part of the ceremony, from the readings and signing to the handling of our cords, it all flowed beautifully. Her warmth and professionalism made the ceremony feel personal and effortless, and we couldn’t have asked for a lovelier person to lead such a special moment in our day.

Stephanie and Sam were both amazing from start to finish, nothing was too much hassle for them and they both made us feel very at ease on the day, especially when it came to walking down the aisle. They spent time with us before the ceremony to make sure everything was ok and how we wanted it.
During the ceremony Stephanie was great and condudcted herself in a professional manner and made us laugh throughout

Honestly can not recommend a better duo if you get married in Dunoon.

We couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful registrar than Stephanie, who made our small loch-side ceremony feel so unique and magical. Throughout the lead up to the wedding, both Stephanie and Samantha were tremendously helpful, kind and friendly when guiding us patiently throughout the whole process. Not only were they able to answer our many questions about the ceremony itself, they also helped with recommendations for suppliers and went above and beyond to help us prepare our dream wedding.

On the day itself, Stephanie made us feel so calm and comfortable. We knew we were in the very best of hands. She had prepared a personalised ceremony, which she delivered with a warmth and sincerity that was extremely moving. We are so grateful to have been lucky enough to have Stephanie as our registrar. Thank you!
