Parking and Disabled Access
Ceremonies during the week parking will need to be in the staff car park at the back of the building through the tunnel. Weekend ceremonies cars can be parked at the front of the building depending on the number of cars.
The room is wheelchair accessible, a lift is available for use.
The town of Lochgilphead, home to Argyll and Bute Council headquarters at Kilmory Castle. The castle gardens, home to many rare rhododendrons and unusual trees and plants, offer a stunning backdrop for photographs, as do the nearby Crinan Canal and front green.
The registrar’s office is based at 1A Manse Brae Lochgilphead PA31 8RD but as of June 2026 the ceremony room will be located within Kilmory Castle. The ceremony room can accommodate up to 30 people.
