Duart Castle is the iconic island fortress of the Clan Maclean. Situated on the sea cliffs of the Isle of Mull, it’s been the Clan’s home for eight Centuries. Today it is owned by Sir Lachlan Maclean, the 28th Clan Chief. From 2015, Duart Castle is opening it’s ancient doors and offering a small number of exclusive weddings events. Say “I Do” in a unique Scottish Castle with stunning grounds and dramatic sea views. We have three places where you can have your wedding ceremony at Duart: outside by the single cannon looking down the Sound of Mull, in the Banqueting Hall, or in the Sea Room in the Castle. The Drawing Room is also occasionally available. Your day will be unforgettable.
