Administration Ceremony

If you would prefer not to have a ceremony there is a simple administration route for registering a civil partnership. Visit the registration office to confirm your details and sign the civil partnership schedule in front of 2 witnesses and a registrar.

Exchange of rings or gifts

The exchange of rings is a tradition that has been practiced for many years but it is not a compulsory part of the ceremony.  Couples can also exchange gifts if they prefer or they do not need to exchange anything.
