How to pay a parking ticket

How to pay for a parking fine (online, telephone, post, in person) or how to appeal

Online

Please make sure you have:

  • the parking ticket number 
  • your vehicle registration number 
  • a valid credit or debit card 
  • Please note. Your balance may not be updated until 11am on the next working day.

International customers

All customers can pay using the online payment system. If customers abroad have any issues then International Payments can also be made directly to our bank:

By telephone

  • You can call our 24 hour payment service on 01546 605515 to pay by debit or credit card. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Maestro and Delta.

In person

By post

  • Send your cheque or postal order to the address below. Please make it payable to Argyll and Bute Council and write the parking fine number on the back
