Asset Transfer under the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015
NOTICE OF REVIEW OF ASSET TRANSFER REQUEST
A request to review the decision to refuse the asset transfer request has been made to Argyll and Bute Council under Part 5 of the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015.
A request for a review has been made by the Kilmory Woodlands of the refusal of the asset transfer request on 13th January 2020.
The assertions made for a review
- The councils lack of consultation with Kilmory Woodlands.
- That the council has not given sufficient weight to the proposal put forward.

The Council will evaluate the review and must issue a decision notice to the Organisation who made the request within six months from the date on which the application for review was made.
