Unless specifically agreed with you, we will only collect personal data about you which does not include any special categories of personal information about you (also known as ‘sensitive personal data’).
You have chosen to book a place on our Adult/Child Protection training course so we will need to contact you to confirm your place and provide additional information in relation to this training. We will not collect any personal data from you that is not necessary for the delivery of this training.
The lawful basis for collecting your information in these circumstances is that:-
Your data will be stored on servers located within the United Kingdom. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your data is kept secure, and more information on how we do this can be provided by contacting the Data Protection Officer (contact details can be found above).
Training requests will be kept for a maximum of 1 year, then it will be disposed of securely.
More information on our retention policy can be obtained from the Data Protection Officer if required.
No automated decision making will take place.
