Commercial waste contracts

Businesses can set up a commercial waste contract with us to pay to get their rubbish taken away from their premises.

If you already have a contract with us to collect your rubbish, you can pay your bill online here (select "Commercial refuse" from the list of options on the page).

Commercial waste disposal sites

All companies have a legal duty to produce a commercial waste transfer note for all waste they dispose of. If you do require to use our waste disposal sites please contact us on 01546 605514 to obtain details.

Waste (Scotland) regulations

Waste regulations introduced by the Scottish Government came into force in January 2014. These Regulations are a key part of the Scottish Government’s zero waste strategy to eliminate waste and reach a target of 70% recycling by 2025.

Zero Waste Scotland has free resources available online to help businesses fulfil their requirements.

SEPA (Scottish Environment Protection Agency) have a leaflet explaining the Duty of Care for businesses - this details the legal obligations on businesses in relation to any waste they generate
