The Planning service is currently unable to send outbound documents from its case management system.
All documentation already filed against planning applications prior to Thursday 30th October, and all new incoming documents, remain available for customers to view through our Public Access system. Representations / comments can still be made on planning applications as normal, however we are currently unable to formally acknowledge receipt.
The issue is inevitably slowing down the processing of planning applications. We apologise for the inconvenience caused - we are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
