Useful Contacts
On submitting an application, the event organiser agrees to the Council contacting any relevant external parties to advise them of the event. We will only contact external services where they have indicated an interest or requirement to approve the event prior to approval.
IMPORTANT – It remains the event organisers responsibility to ensure appropriate contact is made with others where required, contact is not the Council's responsibility and failure to engage where necessary will remain the liability of the event organiser.
