On 4th June 2026, Argyll and Bute Council’s Community Services Committee agreed that a consultation with all stakeholders will be undertaken on the Proposal. This consultation exercise will proceed in accordance with the Schools (Consultation) (Scotland) Act 2010.

Public meeting
As detailed at Paragraph 1.4 of the Proposal Paper, a public meeting will be held at 6pm on Thursday 17th September 2026 within Tobermory 2-18 Campus, Erray Road, Tobermory, Isle of Mull, PA75 6PB. All interested parties are invited to attend.
The consultation exercise commenced on 24th August 2026 and will close on 2nd October 2026. Written representations must be received within this period in order to be taken into account.
