How to apply
The forms are -
TOR 1 - Application for permission to occupy portion of a road temporarily in connection with building operations, (2 pages)
TOR 2 - Conditions for the temporary occupation of a portion of road in connection with building operations, (4 pages), plus Appendix - Vulnerability due to scaffolding, (1 page)
TOR 3 - Permission for the temporary occupation of part of a road in connection with building operations, (1 page)
TOR 4 - Certificate of completion of erection of scaffolding, (1 page)
Once completed, these forms should be returned to your local Area Roads Manager before erection of the scaffolding begins.
(It is worth checking with your local Area Roads Manager if the road/footway you need to occupy is maintained by the Council.)
