  • Who – who will it help / who will be involved?
  • When – when are you planning to start / finish / run
  • How – how will it happen? Are you building a facility, employing staff, running and event?
  • What – what will it achieve? What outcomes are you aiming for? What will the result be?
  • How much – how much will it cost?
