Opening hours for public use:

Please note - last entry to the site is 15 minutes before closing time each day

• Monday: 7.30am to 9.00am and 3.00pm to 4.00pm
• Tuesday: 10.00am to 11.00am
• Wednesday & Thursday: 2.00pm to 4.00pm
• Friday: 7.30am to 9.30 am and 2.30pm to 3.30pm
• Saturday: 9.00am to 1.00pm
• Sunday: Closed

What can you take there?

Householders can bring various items  to the site for recycling/recovery. These items include paper, cardboard, plastic bottles/food trays/tubs/pots, cans, tins, empty aerosols, car batteries, cooking oil, household batteries, any (large or small) electrical or battery operated item, scrap metal, fluorescent tubes, light bulbs, glass bottles and jars, textiles, food and drinks carton (e.g. Tetra Pak) and engine oil.

Other household rubbish and  items can be brought to the site for onward disposal
