These are just some of the positive comments following HMIe inspections of three Argyll and Bute Primary Schools and Early Learning Centres including Bunessan, Rosneath and Ulva. The inspections took place between May and September 2025.
Key highlights from the reports
- Ulva Primary School earned an excellent rating for Learning, Teaching and Assessment. Inspectors singled out “the outstanding leadership of the Headteacher, very well supported by the Principal Teacher, in improving learning experiences for all children.” Read the Ulva Primary inspection report.
