We want to ask you some questions about how you play outside, where you like to play and the things that you like and don’t like.
We will ask you to think about the sorts of places you like to play outside, this could be any type of play like riding a bike, running around, hide and seek and other outdoor games. We will also ask you to think about playparks and for this we mean places with equipment like swings, slides and climbing frames.
This survey is for children under the age of 18, but we understand that some will need help to take part. Parents and Carers are welcome to talk through the questions with children and assist them with completing the survey. If you are answering on behalf of a child, please enter their age and answers.
We will ask you to tell us your age group and where you live. Please don't give us any personal information (e.g. name, full address, email address, personal circumstances) in any of your other answers to the Play Survey.
If you live in part of Argyll and Bute that is within Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park then there is no need to complete the survey, this is because the National Park authority carry out their own PSA for the National Park area. You can find a map showing the parts of Argyll and Bute in the National Park here.
The survey should take between 5 and 10 minutes to complete.
