Helensburgh Waterfront Commercial Site - Consultation

Before taking part in the consultation please read the supporting information.

Common Good Consultation in accordance with section 104 of the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015 in relation to a proposal affecting common good property.

The land is subject to common good and before the Council can make a decision on whether to sell, it requires to consult on the proposal in line with the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015.   

Closing date for representations – Monday 10th August 2026 at 12 noon.
