The Assessment Process
Scoring at Expression of Interest (EOI) stage
EOIs will be reviewed by the Argyll and the Isles Local Action Group (LAG), the decision-making body for the fund. The LAG is comprised of representatives of public bodies, third sector organisations and community groups active in Argyll and Bute.
EOIs will be assessed by the LAG using a scoring scale from 1 to 5, where
- 1 = Very weak / does not address the question
- 2 = Weak / limited information or unclear
- 3 = Adequate / acceptable but lacking depth or evidence
- 4 = Strong / well-developed and relevant
- 5 = Excellent / comprehensive, compelling, and clearly evidenced
Scores will reflect how effectively applicants have addressed the questions listed below
- Q12. How does your project meet your chosen priority
- Q13. What is the need for this project
- Q14. How will your project help your organisation or community be stronger and better prepared for the future
