|Overnight road closures on the A816 from 29th August to 2nd September||

The A816 Lochgilphead to Oban road will be closed overnight each night from 29th August to 2nd September. The road will be closed between Kintraw Farm (Barbreck) and Salachary (Ardfern) between 7pm and 6am each night for essential road maintenance to be carried out. Access will be maintained for emergency vehicles. The diversion will be via the A819 Dalmally to Inveraray road.

There has been some disruption to green wheelie bin collections in the Loch Eck area today (Wednesday 31st August) and some bins have been missed. Missed bins will be collected on Friday 2nd September, so please leave your bin out for collection then.

Due to a vehicle breakdown today we have been unable to collect recycling waste from Monday's Mid Argyll Route 2

We now intend to collect missed areas tomorrow. Please leave your bins out for collection.
