Opening hours for public use:

Please note - last entry to the site is 15 minutes before closing time each day

Monday - Thursday: 10.00 am to 4.30 pm

Friday: 10.00 am to 3.30 pm

Saturday: 9.00 am to 12 noon

Sunday: Closed

What can you take there?

Householders can bring various items  to the site for recycling/recovery. These items include paper, cardboard, plastic bottles/food trays/tubs/pots, cans, tins, empty aerosols, car batteries, cooking oil, household batteries, green garden waste, any (large or small) electrical or battery operated item, scrap metal, fluorescent tubes, light bulbs, glass bottles and jars, textiles, cooking oil, engine oil, water based paints and wood.

Other household rubbish and items can be brought to the site for onward disposal

If you have clean furniture ,bric a brac ,textiles or working electrical items you can contact the Mull and Community Trust (MICT) on 01680 812900. These items can be re-used by MICT if in a suitable condition
