Helensburgh & Lomond - Limited Access Recycling & General Waste UPDATE 05/05/26

Due to the breakdown of our limited access vehicle we are unable to collect general waste and recycling bins on the limited access routes. We are trying to source a hire vehicle to catch up on missed collections. UPDATE: Please take your bins back in and await further instructions. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Due to the breakdown of our limited access vehicle we are unable to collect general waste and recycling bins on the limited access routes. 

We are trying to source a hire vehicle to catch up on missed collections, however there are no suitable vehicles available at the moment.

UPDATE: Please take your bins back in and await further instructions. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

  • Recycling Wednesday 29/04/26 - Portincaple, Loch Long, Arrochar, Tarbet, Helensburgh (limited access areas) 
  • General Waste Thursday 30/04/26 - Shandon/Rhu area
  • Recycling Thursday 30/04/26 - Shandon/Rhu Area
  • Recycling & General waste Friday 01/05/26 - Cardross
