Calling all parents and carers!

Argyll and Bute Council’s Employability Team is inviting families in the area to share their views about where employability support is most needed.

To make sure parents and carers get the right help at the right time, the Council is launching a short, confidential survey.

The feedback will provide valuable insight into the challenges families face around working life and what would make things easier for them. This is a crucial step in ensuring services meet the needs of local communities.

The Council’s Policy Lead for Economic Development, Housing, Islands and Communities, Councillor Jim Lynch, said:

“We know that balancing work and family life isn’t always easy, and we want to hear directly from parents and carers about what would make things better.

“This survey is a chance for you to tell us what support would really help. Your views will guide us in creating services that fit the realities of everyday life in Argyll and Bute.”
