£90,000 boost for Argyll and Bute communities

A community orchestra, youth café and LEGO club are just some of the projects to benefit from this year’s Argyll and Bute Council’s Supporting Communities Fund.

The fund is available to a range of community organisations including voluntary, charities and social enterprises. In total £90,000 of funding will benefit 47 projects, delivering vital support and activities in their communities.

A list of all the awards is available on the Council website at www.argyll-bute.gov.uk/council-and-government/third-sector-grants

The Council’s Community Planning and Development team manage the Supporting Communities Fund and can provide information on additional funding sources. This includes a monthly funding update and a link to GrantNet, an online funding search tool.

Details of grants and funding sources are available on the Council website.
