Outdoor play survey for parents, carers and other adults

We want to ask what you think about how children play outside.

This survey is in two separate parts. The first part asks a range of questions about outdoor play, after submitting this part you will be invited to take part in a short map-based survey to help us understand where children play outside. “If you have already completed Part 1 or wish to go straight to the mapping survey you can click here-  Outdoor play survey - part 2

This survey will inform what is known as a Play Sufficiency Assessment (PSA). The PSA directly informs the production of the next Local Development Plan (LDP3). We are asking for response for settlements across the whole of Argyll and Bute except those within the National Park area, this is because Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park Authority is responsible for the Local Development Plan in the National Park. You can find a map showing the parts of Argyll and Bute in the National Park here.

Please note: Please don't include any personal information (e.g. name, full address, email address, personal circumstances) in any of your answers to the Play Survey itself. We will ask some optional questions about yourself at the end of the survey.

Start typing the name of the town / village where you live (or the nearest one) then pick from the list.

If the name of your nearest town or village does not appear when you are typing, please enter the name in the box.

Please answer the following about your experience using this website, not about the service you received from the organisation
