Rockfield Primary Pre Five Unit

Our vision for our ELC provision is “Believe, Achieve, Belong through Growing and Learning Together”. This sits in line with our whole school vision of “Believe, Achieve, Belong”

Our values are: Kindness, Friendship, Respect and Inclusion

We believe that children learn best in an environment where they feel safe, secure and confident and have opportunities for self-expression and enjoyment.  Children will learn from the quality of relationships among staff and between staff and children and the co-operation of staff with parents and the community. We respect and welcome children and parents of all religions, faiths and beliefs.

Through our aims, we aspire to provide every child with high quality learning and teaching cross the curriculum, enabling them to become:

• Motivated lifelong learners
• Confident individuals who are cared for, nurtured and supported
• Respectful to themselves and towards others
• Included in all aspects of school life, irrespective of need
• Successful in a range of aspects of school life
• Effective contributors to a community rich in heritage and culture
