If you are self-isolating due to testing positive for Coronavirus, or if you have been asked to self-isolate by a Test and Protect contact tracer, and you have no other sources of support for food, medication, or other needs, you can contact our Test and Protect helpline to request help:

ALIenergy - 07860 774929 - free and confidential advice for householders experiencing home energy issues, support for those living in fuel poverty, and preparing for colder winter months, particularly for those living off the gas grid reliant on electric heating
Argyll Care and Repair - 01631 567780 -Argyll And Bute Care And Repair provide practical advice and assistance, technical services and helpful information to the elderly and/or disabled to enable them to remain in their own homes.
Alzheimer Scotland - online support and local telephone support services for people with dementia and their families
