Alzheimer Scotland - online support and local telephone support services for people with dementia and their families

Chest Heart and Stroke Scotland - matching people who need help with their Kindness Volunteers

Disability Information Scotland - support and advice for disabled people, their families, carers, and people who work in the sector

Family Mediation Argyll and Bute - relationship counselling, family mediation and child contact centre services

Home Energy Scotland - 0800 808 2282 - for advice on heating your home, energy bills and energy saving tips

Lomond and Argyll Advocacy Service - free, impartial advocacy services in Argyll and Bute and West Dumbartonshire

Macmillan cancer support - Facebook group set up to support people with cancer in Argyll and Bute, and telephone support services available

Marie Curie - 0800 090 2309 - If you, or someone you know, is affected by a terminal illness and concerned about coronavirus (COVID-19), our Support Line team are ready to help with the information you need when you need it.

Rape Crisis - 07741 645530 - specialist support and advocacy services to survivors of all forms of sexual trauma

Third Sector Interface - The Third Sector Interface provides information for Charities, Social Enterprises and Community Groups on Covid-19, funding, changes to governance and reporting, safe volunteering and access to a free phone number for 3rd Sector Support at this time
