SONIC DEN SOUND BATHS
Monthly at the Civic Centre
Sonic Den Sound Baths have become a space people return to. A place of stillness, resonance, sound and intention, where the nervous system can settle and you’re gently guided back to yourself.
No two sound journeys are ever the same. Each session unfolds in the moment, carried through a rich blend of time-honoured instruments, including:
- Himalayan & 432Hz Crystal Singing Bowls
- Handpan, Gong, Ocean Drum
- Shamanic Drumming, Native American Flute
- Shruti Box, Koshi & Flow Chimes, Tambura
- Soft, ethereal vocals

Our educational, interactive programme is built to encourage your baby to learn and develop important skills.
It is an ideal place to meet new parents, ask questions, and to share experience and memories.
