Councillor Jim Anderson declared a non-financial interest at item 3. Bute and Cowal Festive Lighting – Funding Request of the minute citing he was appointed by Argyll and Bute Council to sit on the PA23 BID Board. Councillor Anderson remained in the room for the totality of the item.

Report by Transformation Project Manager

The Committee gave consideration to a report which detailed funding applications

from the PA23BID in respect of festive lighting provision in Dunoon, as well as the

arrangements for this year’s festive lights event in Rothesay.

Decision

The Bute and Cowal Area Committee approved the funding requests from the PA23BID, subject to the submission of the appropriate financial information.
