The Resilience Matrix is one of the components of the GIRFEC (Getting It Right For Every Child) practice model (along with the Wellbeing Indicators and My World Triangle) and provides a framework to help make sense of information gathered during assessments. Careful analysis and interpretation of information is essential in developing a child’s plan.

This short workshop aims to help practitioners understand how the resilience Matrix can be used to analyse strengths and pressures from assessments, and consider the ways this tool can be used as part of their assessments processes.

Practitioners who are using GIRFEC practice model and need further guidance on using the Resilience Matrix.
