Argyll and Bute Council, in partnership with flood prevention experts AECOM, are continuing to investigate the flood risk to Campbeltown and are working towards identifying potential solutions for flood risk mitigation (including surface water run-off) that will be best suited for the town and its residents.
The second in a series of Public Consultation drop-in events is being held on Thursday 1st February 2018 between 4pm and 9pm. This will include a presentation of a short-list of potential sustainable flood defence solutions at 7pm followed by an opportunity for informal discussion of these proposed options.
We’d love you to take part — so please come along and help shape solutions to “Keep Campbeltown Dry”!
