COURSE AIMS:

  • To offer participants guidance and support surrounding the issues of court conduct and giving evidence in court
  • To assist participants in gaining knowledge of the legal proceedings and processes within the court room for children’s referrals.
  • To increase staff confidence in this area

 

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

Argyll & Bute Council or NHS Highland staff working with children and families, who may in the course of their work receive a citation for court from the Children’s Reporter, Procurator Fiscal or any Legal Agent.

Please note places are limited to 25, so please book early to avoid disappointment.

CHARGING POLICY:

All A&B interagency training courses are free. Those unable to attend must advise us on 01546 604167 in advance. A £30administration fee applies to all those who fail to attend without notice.
