Argyll and Bute Development Plan : Supplementary Guidance Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA): Environmental Report

Notice under Section 18 (1) (c) of the Planning etc. (Scotland) Act 2006 and under Section 16 (2) of the Environmental Assessment (Scotland) Act 2005

Argyll and Bute Council has revised the Environmental Report (Strategic Environmental Assessment) that accompanies the adopted Local Development Plan, to include an annex relating to draft Supplementary Guidance.

The Environmental Report together with the draft Supplementary Guidance can be viewed at http://www.argyll-bute.gov.uk/ldp.

The relevant documents are issued for consultation for a period of 28 days until the 29th October 2015

The documents will also be available to view in the Council Offices at 1A Manse Brae, Lochgilphead 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.
