Our Customer Service Points will re-open to walk up customers on a part-time basis, and for pre-booked appointments from Monday 2nd August – see below for details

Re-opening of service points - guidance

Opening hours:

Rothesay customer service point will be closed from Wednesday 1st to Monday 6th of September, reopening on Tuesday 7th September. We apologise for any inconvenience.

During this time customer enquiries can still be made by telephone to 01546 605522 or by using our online facilities.

For registration enquiries please call 01546 605521 and choose option 2 and you will be directed to our Dunoon registration staff who will assist you with your enquiry.

Monday to Friday:

  • 9am to 12pm - open to customers

We can help with:
Council Tax,
Council Tax Benefits,
Roads and Amenity Services,
Payments and Complaints.

We also deal with all registration enquiries and queries about a variety of other Council Services including:
Planning/Building Control,
Cultural and Libraries,
Licence Applications,
Clothing Grants and School Meal Applications,
Blue Badge Enquiries,
Homeless Enquiries,
Passport Interviews

and all other general enquiries about any council service.
