What examples of council customer service would you like to see more of?
Perhaps there is street cleaner in your community who always does a little bit more than required? Maybe there’s a special home carer who brightens up your or a loved one’s day? Perhaps there’s someone at the council who has helped you with something that matters to you. If so, we would love to hear from you.
Our Employee Excellence and Recognition Awards are all about developing excellent customer service and services, and we would like to involve you in this.
You are invited to nominate employees who provide customer service which you believe to be outstanding - people and services who give extra.
The closing date for entries is Thursday 20 September 2018 and the winners will be announced in November.
The categories are as follows:

- Employee of the Year
- Excellent Customer Service
- Learner of the Year
- Outstanding Achievement
- Team of the Year

So, if you know an individual, a service or a team which has delivered exceptional or innovative service in any of the categories, let everyone know and submit an entry.
