Public toilets reopening

The council is working hard to align itself to the Scottish Government’s road map to easing lockdown restrictions.

Our aim now is to start opening our public toilets in phases. We will work within government guidance, taking into account staff capacity, to provide an enhanced cleaning regime and promote physical distancing, and so keep customers and staff safe.

Please follow national guidance on social distancing and hand hygiene when using the facilities. Our toilets can only remain open with the co-operation of the public to use them responsibly.

Please note, some of our less frequently used facilities will remain closed for the time being.
