Why this is a good design

The environmental and sustainable credentials of this building reflect those of the client. While not unduly capitalizing on the locus genii, especially the setting and views through orientation and site planning, functionally the building achieves very high standards and provides an enviable learning facility. The approach to the design of this building must become the baseline for all such projects.
