PLANNING

  • The site is currently used as an amenity services depot and is sui generis in nature.  Other commercial uses may be acceptable. 
  • Opportunity exists to demolish the buildings and erect a residential development of several homes.
  • The current access is not an adopted road.  Current policy requires an adopted road for more than 5 dwellinghouses unless units are in a courtyard formation (similar to adjacent houses).
