We can provide self – service Tea/Coffee, and biscuits at your event by prior arrangement. Further catering for lunch/snacks can also be arranged. Please request this in advance not later than one week prior to this event.

Booking Form

Community Use - including Exhibitions, Meetings, Children’s Birthday Parties, Sports Events and Conferences. One member of staff is provided during community events. Excess time is charged at £11.25 per hour (weekdays), and £22.35 per hour (after 1700 hours and weekends). A 20% discount applies to 2 or more days consecutive booking or 5 or more sessions in an annual quarter paid in advance (non- refundable). Sporting organisations paying 10 sessions in advance will not be liable for VAT. There is no reduction in the above for registered charities and other non-profit making groups.


Functions - including non-profit-making shows, concerts, drama performances and events where admission is charged or alcohol is being consumed. Rental includes services of a Duty Officer/Responsible Person and one member of staff. Additional staff required (e.g. stewards, technicians etc. will be charged at £22.35 per hour).
Two hours set up time is included within the hire charge. Excess time is charged thereafter at £11.25 per hour (Monday to Friday 0900-1700), and £22.35 per hour (after 1700 hours and weekends).There is no reduction in the above charges for registered charities and other non-profit making groups.


Commercial - including profit-making shows and concerts. Where possible a Box Office split will be negotiated, from 70%/30% to 80%/20%. Rental includes services of a Duty Officer/Responsible Person and one member of staff. Additional staff required (e.g. stewards, technicians etc. will be charged at £22.35 per hour). Additional technical or specialised support will be charged at the appropriate rate, and determined by the Council following a Risk Assessment being carried out. Two hours’ set up time is included within the hire charge. Excess time is charges thereafter at £11.25 per hour (weekdays), and £22.35 per hour (weekends).
