In doing so they aim to benefit communities by becoming stronger, more self reliant and resilient by generating their own energy and using it efficiently.

Community Energy Scotland are a voice for communities who want to act now for a more secure and sustainable energy structure in Scotland.  To find out more please visit their website at www.communityenergyscotland.org.uk.

CES no longer deliver The Community and Renewable Energy Scheme (CARES) on behalf of the government.  They however, are working with communities who have accessed the CARES Infrastructure and Innovation fund which has assisted them to review and explore options for innovative energy management and overcome grid constraints.
