Argyll and Bute Council is hosting an event in Helensburgh next week, in partnership with Helensburgh Community Council, to enable members of the public to get information and advice on housing issues.

The Council’s Policy Lead for Housing, Councillor Robin Currie said: “This drop in event is a great way for people to get information and advice on a wide variety of housing issues.

“Whether they want to find out how to apply for a house, want to know which grants are available or want to discuss the condition of their existing property, there will be someone on hand who will be more than happy to help.

“It’s important that events like these take place in our communities to ensure that people are given the opportunity to raise any issues they may have and to find out ways that we can help them”.

The housing surgery will take place as follows:

Thursday 15February - Victoria Halls, Helensburgh – 2pm until 4pm and 6pm until 8pm.
