Argyll and Bute Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) is currently in the process of consulting with local communities and stakeholders across Argyll and Bute on our 3 Year Strategic Plan.

This Strategic Plan describes how the HSCP will make changes and improvements in the way it delivers health and social care over the next three years.  It also explains what services we are responsible for, what our priorities are, why and how we decided them.

We have been meeting with the public, our staff, local community groups and local stakeholders to provide an opportunity for them to be fully involved in shaping and delivering our services locally through feeding back comments and thoughts on our plan.  As part of this process we also held a series of public and staff drop in events across Argyll and Bute.

We are now planning to hold an additional two public events to provide everyone with a further opportunity to discuss the Strategic Plan.  The details of these events are:

Monday 16th November, noon - 3.30pm, Victoria Halls, Helensburgh
Thursday 19th November, noon - 3.30pm, Lochgilphead Parish Church

The HSCP would be delighted if you could come along to these events.  For more information and to let us know that you are coming along can you please contact Doug Gibson on 0141 420 7272, douglas@ghn.org.uk

Electronic copies of the plan can be downloaded from our integration website  or you can email us for a copy at: socialcareintegration@argyll-bute.gov.uk.
