As a mark of respect and support for the people of Paris and France,  the Provost and Executive Director of Customer Services with Argyll and Bute Council have agreed to fly the Saltire Flag (as that is the flag that is currently flying on council buildings) at half-mast from today Monday 16 November until next Monday 23 November.
