The MACPool and Argyll and Bute Council’s Active Schools summer and autumn camps are filling fast. Spaces are limited so to avoid disappointment book now.

These camps are for children aged five to 12 years old. Every day will be different with lots of fun activities. In the mornings at Mid Argyll Sports Centre, activities will include football, table tennis, athletics and shinty. There will also be a bouncy castle and other fun activities throughout the day.

In the afternoon the over-eights walk to the pool for Aquarun, Water Walkerz, Octopush and water polo and loads of water based fun. For under-eights there are team sports, arts and crafts, fun games and outdoor activities at the sports centre. The programme is run by our qualified staff who will ensure that everyone has a fantastic day, every day.

Booking is easy; all you have to do is pop into Mid Argyll Community and fill out a booking form.

Children can be dropped off from 8.30am and camp closes at 5.30pm. You can book for a whole week (£80), a day (£17) or even just a half day (£9).
