The A83 from Kennacraig to Campbeltown yesterday became officially trunked and is now the responsibility of Transport Scotland.

Scottish ministers have advertised and made an order for the road to be trunked, which was published in the Daily Record on Friday 1st August and the Edinburgh Gazette on Tuesday 5th August and will be published in the Campbeltown Courier and Argyllshire Advertiser on Friday 8th August.
