Lochgilphead Community Centre’s opening hours are changing from Monday 2 April allowing people from across Mid Argyll to access the centre during the day and evening, taking advantage of what’s on offer.

The new opening hours at the community centre have been made possible through joint working between the council and Lochgilphead Centre Council Association resulting in the successful modernisation of the community centre.

The Community Centre will now be open from 9.00am till 9:30pm Monday to Thursday and 9.00am till 6:15pm on Friday.

Malcolm MacFadyen, Head of Facility Services said “This is a positive outcome obtained by the hard work of all groups involved which has certainly paid dividends. The new updated facilities on offer at Lochgilphead Community Centre will appeal to the wider community allowing people from across Mid Argyll to participate in more of the activities on offer”.
