Scottish Water policy consultation

The Scottish Government has recently published a consultation on water, wastewater and drainage policy.

The policy proposals are designed to protect our water, sewerage and drainage services; better understand the impacts of climate change on these services; and, maximise the benefits that can be delivered for the people of Scotland.

Your views will inform how water, wastewater and drainage services, including private supplies, can adapt to the impacts of climate change, including increased temperatures, drought and flooding. The outcome of this consultation could inform potential changes to legislation.

Please find a link to the consultation below which we invite you to complete to help inform our next steps. The consultation will close on 21 February 2024.
